Allana first represented Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Following numerous knee injuries throughout many years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana made her women's debut in the rugby league against Queensland in New South Wales. Allana can also be found on radio on her CV, and has made regular appearances with the 2GB's highest-rated Continuous Call Team. Allana holds a professional teaching qualifications outside of sport.
